CUSTOM APRONS & BAGS - We can make any type of custom apron, bag or pouch you may need for a specific operation.  We design and re-design aprons, specialty bags and pouches routinely.  We can also modify any apron in our present line to tailor fit your needs.  Price will vary according to complexity and options of course.  Please inquire with NO obligation about any specific items or modifications you need.  Below are some of the more common options requested. 

FABRICS - Our waist aprons can be built from a variety of different fabrics. Some of these fabrics are: 10.10oz army duck, #10-#8 number duck, 1000 denier Codura, 1050 & 860 denier ballistic nylon, 600 denier urethane coated polyester and others.  Please contact us and we will recommend the fabric that will be best suited for you intended use.  We can obtain special fabrics and custom colors if this is required for your end use.

POCKETS - We can change the size of pockets in depth and/or width as well as placement.  Add extra pockets for things like pens/pencils, cellular phones, beepers, etc.  Add patch pockets on any of the aprons that we manufacture.  You may even opt for a different fabric on a particular part of an apron for reasons such as stiffness/softness and abrasion resistance etc.

SIDE BUCKLE BELT- This belt is a very comfortable option which most people who have worn this style believe is well worth the price @$2.00 extra for this belt.  This belt is made from two inch wide webbing which keeps the apron from "cutting" into your back like tie strings can.  It has a very strong plastic buckle which snaps closed with a male/female connection on the right side (can be put on left side for you south paws, just ask) of the apron.  The buckle used on our aprons is a HIGH GRADE DURABLE BUCKLE unlike a cheap grade that is used in many fanny packs.   This belt adjusts from approximately a 22-48 inch waist.  It comes in larger sizes ( 22-70++) also, just ask! 

HOOK & LOOP ( Velcro ) BELT - This belt is also very comfortable which is made from two inch webbing. The price for this belt is $2.50 extra and can be put on almost every style apron I manufacture. The only drawback is that it comes in sizes.  This can be an obstacle if you have a wide range of waist sizes among your employees. The stock sizes are approximately: small 26-35, regular 29-38, long 36-45, Xlong 44-53, XXlong 51-60. Larger sizes can be made just by asking or even custom fit to your exact waist. 

BALLISTIC NYLON POCKET - 860 &1050 denier - This fabric can be put on any style apron as a front pocket  ( this is the one that takes most of the abuse ) where heavy use or abrasion is a concern such as a glass pitch or arcade where heavy coin change is carried. This is a $2.50 option per apron. You can also have an entire apron made from this fabric.  It is more costly but many times well worth it in a high volume task.  Please inquire for more specific details on this fabric and pricing.  Stock colors: BLACK ONLY. 

NYLON BINDING/TRIM - These binding/trim colors are all the fluorescent colors plus some specialty colors.  Any apron (s) with a nylon binding/trim will add an additional cost of $1.00 to the cost of each apron. 

MONOGRAM/EMBROIDERY- You can have your name, company/business name, or whatever you like put on any apron. This option is $3.00 (one word), $4.00 (two words), $5.00 (three words), etc. We also have a wide array of clip art you may choose from.  Any specialty designs such as clip art or custom logos will be priced accordingly depending on things such as amount of detail, colors, and stitch count.  Please inquire about anything special you have in mind such as custom logos. 

EXTRA LONG TIE BELTS - Standard belts on my tie aprons are designed to tie behind you.  Extra long tie belts are long enough to go around you and tie in the front of the apron. This optional long belt is $1.00 extra per apron. 

CUSTOM FEATURES - Such as loops for key chains, pen sleeves for pens, or whatever you may want added to any apron to tailor fit your needs.  Any of the above specialty options and features will be priced accordingly.  JUST ASK!!!!
